Important Information:
To ensure nationwide coverage, we use a trusted third-party pallet distribution network. A dedicated team will handle the delivery of pallets/logs using vehicles equipped with tail-lifts. With utmost care, they will unload the goods and, where ever feasible, position them on your property using a manually operated pump truck. YOU MUST bear in mind that the pump truck cannot navigate soft or loose surfaces, such as gravel or grass. Additionally, please take into consideration any steep gradients that may pose safety concerns during the unloading process. A smooth and flat surface is essential for the proper placement of the crate, pallet of nets or pallet of Barrow Bags.
It is important to note that our delivery vehicles do not feature cranes and, therefore, we regretfully cannot lift goods over fences, walls, or hedges.
