To ensure nationwide coverage, we use a trusted third-party pallet distribution network. A dedicated team will handle the delivery of pallets/logs using vehicles equipped with tail-lifts. With utmost care, they will unload the goods and, whenever feasible, position them on your property using a manually operated pump truck. We kindly request that you bear in mind that the pump truck cannot navigate soft or loose surfaces, such as gravel or grass. Additionally, please take into consideration any steep gradients that may pose safety concerns during the unloading process. A smooth and flat surface is essential for the proper placement of the crate, pallet of nets or pallet of Barrow Bags.

It is important to note that our delivery vehicles do not feature cranes and, therefore, we regretfully cannot lift goods over fences, walls, or hedges.

If you have any specific delivery challenges or have special requirements, our bespoke service is here to assist you. We ask that you contact us directly to discuss any concerns you may have. Please be aware that undisclosed delivery issues may incur an additional re-delivery charge.

Our standard delivery timeframe typically ranges from 4 to 7 working days. However, please note that exceptions may occur during peak periods. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of the Christmas rush to avoid any potential disappointment.

When you reach the checkout, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery options, including the desired delivery date. Timed delivery is also available, with additional charges applicable for this service.

Please bear in mind that in the event of confirmed delivery arrangements and no one being available to receive the goods, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

To provide added convenience, we offer a Delivery Drop WITHOUT signature service upon request during the checkout process.
